Anderson. Orell is the President of Bell Anderson &
Sanders, LLC, a nationally recognized consulting firm that
specializes in real estate damage economics. He is
also the President of the International Right of Way
Association. Orell holds a Master's Degree from

Neil
Balholm. Founded in 1988, Comteam Consulting is a
management consulting and training firm specializing in
building effective organizations, leadership and
communications. Neil Balholm is its co-founder and has
been senior partner since Comteam’s inception. Comteam’s
mission is to provide timely, practical advice and solutions
to organizational and management problems. Mr. Balholm
engages with his client’s to help optimize the assets
required for organizational success including technology,
leadership, people, innovation, and processes.
In
his role as managing partner, Mr. Balholm has successfully

Randall
Bell. A graduate of UCLA's Anderson School of Business,
Randy is the CEO of Bell Anderson & Sanders LLC.
Randy founded and directed the Real Estate Damages practice
at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world's largest consulting
firm, and today sits on the advisory board of Bureau of
National Affairs in Washington DC.

Denise
Brown. Denise is the founder of the Nicole Brown
Foundation, which educates and assists victims of domestic
violence. Under Denise's leadership, the United States
Congress has enacted new laws to protect victims of domestic

A.
Terrance (Terry) Dickens is a well experienced and
successful commercial real estate professional. He is
the Managing Member of Dickens Properties, LLC, an owner of
self storage properties and a developer of industrial and
retail projects. He also serves on the Board of
Directors of Bixby Land Company where he was President and
C.E.O. for nearly ten years. Bixby is a flourishing
private Real Estate Investment Trust that develops, owns,
and operates industrial, retail commercial and office
properties.
Prior
to joining Bixby Land Company, Dickens was Vice President at
Pacific Theatres Realty Corp. where he redeveloped former
drive-in theatre properties throughout Southern
California. As Senior Vice President at Downey
Savings, Terry developed numerous retail and office projects
and oversaw an active joint venture program. He
started is real estate career doing site acquisition and
development for Bank of America and for a major supermarket
chain.
Terry
currently teaches in the School of Business and Economics at
California State University, Fullerton where he received his
degree. He is also a guest speaker at professional
organizations. He is a member and former State Director of
International Council of Shopping Centers and also a member
of Urban Land Institute.

Griswold. Robert is a three-time graduate of the
Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern
California with a BS, MBA and MSBA. Mr. Griswold is
the President and owner of Griswold Real Estate Management
and recognized expert on management of all types of
residential real estate.

Kevin
Hall is the Chairman of the Statue of Responsibility
Project- a $200 million project inspired by Dr. Viktor
Frankl. He is a highly sought after business
consultant, speaker and author on the subjects of sales,
leadership, goal achievement and health and wellness.
Kevin has been featured in Forbes Magazine, Restaurant
Business, Nation’s Restaurant News and Worth magazine. He
is co-authoring a new book series titled The Power of
Words. The first book, The Power of Words for
Leaders, will be available in book stores in 2007,
followed by The Power of Words for Health and Healing
in 2008.
Kevin
was a partner in Franklin Quest, makers of the Franklin Day
Planner. As Vice President of Sales and Training he
helped orchestrate Franklin’s worldwide growth, achieving
over $400 million in annual sales and was an integral part
of the executive team that engineered Franklin’s
successful initial public offering in 1993.
Kevin
is a Leadership Advisory Council member of the Elliot
Leadership Institute, a powerful and diverse group of
restaurant industry leaders dedicated to developing and
advancing leaders in the hospitality industry. He is
actively involved in the Institute’s mission of developing
the next generation of hospitality leaders
Kevin
is a founding member of the Brigham Young University
Entrepreneurial program and has served as a member of the
MBA Advisory Board for Westminster College in Salt Lake
City. He has been recognized as a Distinguished
Visiting Professor for the Community Leadership Institute of
Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado.
Kevin
is an avid endurance athlete who competes in marathons and
ultra-distance cycling events. His hobbies include; cycling,
running, fly-fishing, cooking and reading. Kevin and
his wife Sherry are the proud parents of six children and
reside in Orange County California.

Greg
Madsen, Principal & Executive Director, Consulting
Services Greg is responsible for creating and delivering our
consulting-based solutions that extend and reinforce Mandel’s
core training offerings. He has an extensive
background in organizational effectiveness, leadership
development, and strategy execution, having held senior
positions with The RBL Group, Catalyst Consulting, and
Interaction Associates. Greg was previously Senior

Reese. Curtis received his MBA in Pharmaceutical
Marketing from St. Joseph's University, and for the past 17
years he has been a Senior Sales Manager for Pfizer
Pharmaceuticals, the largest pharmaceutical company in the
world. He has both been trained and has been a trainer in
many corporate team building and leadership workshops.
Curtis
